Manual Activity Entry (By Request Only)

This option is for people that can't connect a tracker to the GoChallenge app.

At GoChallenge, we want to make sure everyone has a way to log their activity — even if connecting a tracker isn’t possible. That’s why we provide a manual entry option, available on request by contacting [email protected].

Manual entry is intended as a backup method — but it ensures that no one is left behind.


1. Disconnect your tracker

If you already have a tracker connected, you’ll need to remove it before switching to manual entry:

  1. Open the GoChallenge app and go to Settings.

  2. Tap Manage tracker → Disconnect tracker → Confirm.


2. Manually enter your activity

Once your tracker is disconnected, you can log steps manually:

  1. From the Settings menu, select Manual input.

  2. Enter your steps and distance.

  3. Tap the date to ensure it’s highlighted in green.

  4. Tap Confirm → Yes.

  5. Return to the home screen – your total kilometers should now be updated.

👉 Tip: If your totals don’t update immediately, refresh the app or return to the home screen after a short wait.
