If you haven’t found the answer you’re looking for in our Help Center, our team is here to help! You can reach us in two ways:

💬 Chat with us: Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of this page.

📱 Message us on WhatsApp: Join the Tech Support group in the WhatsApp Community.

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • Your device and operating system (e.g., Android 14). You can find this in the About section of your device settings.

  • A detailed description of the issue, including any error messages.

  • Screenshots (if relevant) to help us understand the problem.

We aim to respond to support queries within the same day, but during busy periods, it may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as possible!
